Delivery/Shipping

In this first phase, we don’t provide a delivery option, just yet. All orders shall be pick-up at our collection point.

Pick-up point

The store’s main pick-up point is located at Level X, Room XX, Bintang Plaza. Opens every Thursday from 10.00 am to 12.00pm.

Defect Item

Unfortunately, we don’t accept return or exchange unless the item purchased is defective.

For any defect claim, please click the the Customer Service button and fill in the contact form within 10 days of receipt. At the same time, the defect item should be returned to us at:

Replacement Item

Our team will examine the returned item upon receipt. Once confirmed, the replacement will be delivered to the customer within 20 working days for FREE!
