Introducing the pioneer batch of YTL Learning Academy’s very own in-house trainers who have completed and passed their initial level of Train The Trainer (TTT) certification on 27th November 2021! Each participant was assessed on the modules below:
- Plan Adult Learning
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis
- Design Competency Based Training (Hybrid F2F & Online)
- Conduct Competency Based Training (Hybrid F2F & Online)
- Assessment of Participant’s Competence
It was indeed a challenge to gain such competencies as skilled trainers within the programme’s three short days. Nonetheless, despite the odds, each and every one of them braved it through. They gave nothing short of enthusiasm and dedication from start to end, and they all passed with flying colours!Â
YTL Learning Academy is proud to play a small role in Building The Right Thing by materialising the company’s vision of obtaining accreditation as an approved training centre. An array of technical and non-technical development training has been designed for year 2022. So, look out for exciting announcements and updates on the programmes that will be offered to all YTL Construction staff members.Â
